Each month on the 1st Wednesday 11am and 3rd Wednesday 3pm (US eastern time), in winter and spring 2025:

-February 5 2025, March 5, April 2, May 7, and June 4, at 11am

-January 15 2025, February 19, March 19, April 16, May 21, and June 18 at 3pm
